Sport complex "Kamchia" is a unique site not only its architectural vision. It is a big challenge for specialists in HVAC systems as it combines maintenance requirements microclimate parameters in their full dimension. For example, the swimming pool requires very precise balance thermal humidity selection of machines and equipment of the HVAC system. The sprot hall requires precise maintenance of temperature and air speed. The same goes for the small sport halls, the fitness and the offices.

Unique about this project is that for the first time since 1976 (when was build the Olympic size pool of TU "Lenin", Sofia, Now TU, Sofia) similar pool in Bulgaria has never been built. Specific in this type of equipment is very high energy expenditure, which is seen during operation, and if not taken very responsible to the choice of a decision predetermining low energy expenditure, the object is doomed. The main project was provided by the investor who had approached Termosyst to build a system with colossal energy expenditure afterwards. Termosyst decided that it is appropriate to apply their experience, knowledge and professionalism into a circuitry design solution that subsequently built based on the latest technologies for energy saving and environmental protection.

It makes a great honor of the investor and project manager in the person of Mr. Macedonski who is responsible and subjected our porposal to a deep analysis and subsequently adopted and approved it. The teamwork with specialists of "Planex" was a pleasure for us. The company "Termosyst"  applies innovative solutions in the energy center: proven highly-efficient heat pumps of the company "Daikin" type "air-water" and the best brand for VRV systems, perfect air distribution grids of the company "TROX" vari-angle for the season, as well as inflatable air. Innovative solutions applied and build the pipe network, namely the so-called "fast assembly" - a proven method for installation with many advantages worldwide. Innovative is also the use of galvanized pipes for water systems - a very important condition for maintaining the efficiency of heat transfer processes. Similar kind of pipelines were built for sprinkler systems. For us this was done on pipes with diameter up to f350. Innovative solution for the site is the use of waste heat in the cooling process from the energy center for the needs of preparation of hot water for domestic use and heating the pool all  year long. At the request of the investor in the scheme includes solar collectors to absorb the heat of the sun. The control system is by BMS. Termosyst is proud to be involved in this prestigious project, proving once again the correctness of our views on energy efficiency and environmental protection.
