They are incomprehensible because they are related terms for environment, climate, quality of living, performance and microclimate parameters, the limit concentrations nuisance and others.

The graduated engineers in this specialty are supposed to this arrising "new tendency" to be obeyed their work available in Bulgaria, according to the world and published regulations.

So far the market reality in Bulgaria had tolerated the term "cheaper" as the main criterion in assessing the competitive developments. This led to lower quality and neglect the available potentsial. The process of training of the non specialists on this matter will take time and money.
The implementation of projects under the new requirements will be difficult at first task because the examiners as certified professionals will need to be trained to understand the essence of the problem and last but not least - to radically change the scheme of assessment of competitive developments.
After the crisis should pay attention to professionalism, to admirable designers and collectives the done so far buildings and installations in Bulgaria that much ahead of this "globally emerging trend." In Bulgaria there are many interesting examples worth to display.
